Ayi Is Hot is a short commercial we produced for the Jing-A Brewing Co. promoting “Dream Cream”, a limited edition summer ice cream beer series. We follow our protagonist, The Ayi, as she takes on her ultimate nemesis – the scorching summer heat.

The commercial was shot on location in Beijing at a local hutong convenience store, and the iconic Jing-A Taproom (Longfusi), over the course of one hot summer day with a twelve-person production team.
